The Enrichment Job Dashboard provides visibility into the progress and results of your Instant and Scheduled Enrichment jobs.
Use the dashboard to monitor job performance, review individual records, and identify any records that require attention.
Open the Job Dashboard
- Navigate to Enrich.
- Open Instant Jobs or Scheduled Jobs.
- Locate the enrichment job.
- Click View.
The Job Dashboard displays job statistics and record statuses.
Job Statistics
Records Managed
The total number of Salesforce records processed by the enrichment job.
Match Rate
The percentage of Salesforce records successfully matched to profiles in the Cognism database.
A higher match rate indicates that more records were successfully enriched.
Records Updated
The number of Salesforce records that were updated with Cognism data.
Data Points Updated
The total number of individual Salesforce fields updated during enrichment.
Credits Used
The number of Enrichment credits consumed by the job.
Record Statuses
Each processed record displays one of the following statuses.
Enriched
The record was successfully matched to a Cognism profile and updated in Salesforce.
No Change
A matching Cognism profile was found, but no updates were made because the existing Salesforce data already matched the available Cognism data.
Unmatched
No matching Cognism profile could be found for the Salesforce record.
Error
The record could not be processed successfully.
Common causes include:
- Invalid Salesforce field mappings.
- Missing required Salesforce fields.
- Insufficient Enrichment credits.
After resolving the issue, you can rerun enrichment for the affected records.
All Records
Displays every record processed by the enrichment job, regardless of status.
Company Change (Scheduled Jobs Only)
Scheduled Enrichment jobs include an additional Company Change section.
This section displays contacts whose employer has changed since the previous scheduled enrichment run.
You can:
- Review company changes.
- Download the results as a CSV file.
- Update existing Salesforce records.
- Create new Salesforce records where appropriate.
Troubleshooting Failed Records
If records appear under Error:
- Review the error details.
- Correct any Salesforce mapping or configuration issues.
- Ensure sufficient Enrichment credits are available.
- Rerun enrichment for the affected records.
