No. Each Cognism user must have their own individual account.
Sharing login credentials between multiple users is not supported.
Individual User Accounts
Each user should sign in using their own Cognism account.
Individual accounts help ensure:
- Secure access to the platform.
- Accurate activity tracking.
- Appropriate licence management.
- A better support experience when troubleshooting account-specific issues.
Why Account Sharing Isn't Recommended
Sharing an account can result in:
- Difficulty identifying user activity.
- Inaccurate reporting and audit history.
- Unexpected session interruptions if multiple users sign in simultaneously.
- Security risks associated with shared credentials.
Adding Additional Users
If another member of your organisation requires access to Cognism, an administrator should invite them as a new user.
Each user will receive their own login credentials and permissions based on their assigned role.
