Create an Instant Enrichment Job

Instant Enrichment allows you to update existing Salesforce leads, contacts, or accounts with the latest available Cognism data on demand.

Unlike Scheduled Enrichment, Instant Enrichment runs immediately after the job is started.

Before You Begin

Before creating an Instant Enrichment job, ensure that:

• Salesforce CRM Enrichment has been configured.
• You have Cognism Admin permissions.

Create an Instant Enrichment Job

1. Navigate to Enrich.
2. Select Instant Jobs.
3. Click Create New.
4. Select the Salesforce object you want to enrich:
   • Lead
   • Contact
   • Account
5. Enter a name for the job.

Select Records to Enrich

Choose one of the following options:

• Update all new records.
• Update only records that match specific criteria.

Use the Query Builder

The Query Builder allows you to enrich only records that match defined Salesforce field values.

You can:

• Select any supported Salesforce field.
• Use the following operators:
  • Equals
  • Not Equals
  • Is Null

• Add multiple criteria.

  Note: Multiple criteria use AND logic. Text values are case-sensitive.

Configure Field Mapping

You can customise the field mappings and update rules for this enrichment job.

Select the Cognism fields you want to update in Salesforce.

If you do not configure job-specific mappings, Cognism uses the default field mappings and update rules configured in Integration Settings.

Start the Job

Click Create Job.

Enable the job toggle to begin enrichment immediately.

Monitor the Job

Once the job starts, select View to open the Job Dashboard where you can monitor progress and review the enrichment results.
