Create a Scheduled Enrichment Job

Scheduled Enrichment automatically updates Salesforce leads, contacts, or accounts with the latest available Cognism data on a recurring schedule.

Use Scheduled Enrichment to keep your CRM data up to date without manually running enrichment jobs.

Before You Begin

Before creating a Scheduled Enrichment job, ensure that:

• Salesforce CRM Enrichment has been configured.
• You have Cognism Admin permissions.

Create a Scheduled Enrichment Job

1. Navigate to Enrich.
2. Select Scheduled Jobs.
3. Click Create New.
4. Select the Salesforce object you want to enrich:
   • Lead
   • Contact
   • Account
5. Enter a name for the job.

Select Records to Enrich

Choose one of the following options:

• Update all new records.
• Update only records that match specific criteria.

Use the Query Builder

The Query Builder allows you to target specific Salesforce records.

You can:

• Select any supported Salesforce field.
• Use the following operators:
  • Equals
  • Not Equals
  • Is Null

• Add multiple criteria.

  Note: Multiple criteria use AND logic. Text values are case-sensitive.

Configure the Schedule

Expand the Frequency section and choose how often the job should run.

Available options are:

One Off

Runs once immediately after the job is created.

Daily

Runs every day at the selected time.

Weekly

Runs once each week on the selected day and time.

Monthly

Runs once each month on the selected date and time.

Note: Scheduled jobs use your local timezone.

Configure Field Mapping

You can customise the field mappings and update rules for this enrichment job.

If you do not configure job-specific mappings, Cognism uses the default field mappings and update rules configured in Integration Settings.

Start the Job

Click Create Job.

For One Off jobs, enrichment begins immediately.

For recurring jobs, enable the job toggle to activate the schedule.

Monitor the Job

After the job has started, click View to open the Job Dashboard.

In addition to standard enrichment statistics, Scheduled Jobs include a Company Change section showing contacts whose employer has changed since the previous scheduled run.

From this section, you can:

• Review company changes.
• Download the results as a CSV.
• Import the data into Salesforce to update existing records or create new ones.
