Troubleshooting
Why weren't duplicate contacts added to my list?
Your organisation may have Duplicates Allowed Default disabled, or the Allow Duplicates option was not selected when saving the records.
Does this affect existing lists?
No. This setting only controls the default behaviour for future save-to-list actions.
Does this affect all users?
