Cognism Legacy subscriptions are available with different access levels. Your assigned licence determines which features you can access within the platform.
The two available access types are Diamond and Platinum.
Diamond Access
Users with a Diamond licence have access to:
- Enhance
- Intent
- Diamond Data
- Diamonds on Demand (DoD)
Diamond provides access to the full feature set available within the Cognism Legacy Platform.
Platinum Access
Users with a Platinum licence have access to:
- Enhance
Platinum users do not have access to:
- Intent
- Diamond Data
- Diamonds on Demand (DoD)
Mixed Licence Organisations
Legacy accounts can contain a combination of Diamond and Platinum users.
For example, an organisation may assign Diamond licences to sales teams that require Intent and Diamond Data, while other users are assigned Platinum licences with access to Enhance only.
How Is My Access Determined?
Your access type is assigned by your Cognism Account Manager based on your organisation's subscription.
If you believe you should have access to additional features, contact your Cognism Account Manager.
Troubleshooting
Why can't I access Intent?
Intent is only available to users with a Diamond licence.
Why can't I see Diamond Data?
Diamond Data and Diamonds on Demand are available only to Diamond users.
My colleague has features that I don't.
Your organisation may use a mixture of Diamond and Platinum licences. Users can have different access depending on the licence assigned to them.
