Connect Cognism with Zapier to automatically send exported contacts to thousands of third-party applications.
The Cognism Zapier integration allows you to automate workflows by exporting contacts from Cognism Lists into applications supported by Zapier. This enables you to connect Cognism with tools that are not supported through a native Cognism integration, such as CRMs, marketing platforms, recruitment systems, and other business applications.
Unlike native CRM integrations, Zapier exports are triggered from Cognism Lists and processed according to the workflow (Zap) you create in your Zapier account.

After connecting Zapier, you can:

- Automatically send contacts to thousands of applications supported by Zapier.
- Build custom automation workflows without coding.
- Connect Cognism to applications that do not have a native Cognism integration.
- Trigger actions whenever contacts are exported from a List.
Supported export methods
The Zapier integration supports exports from:
- Cognism Web Application (Lists)
The Zapier integration does not support exports from the Cognism Chrome Extension.
To export contacts through Zapier, contacts must first be added to a Cognism List.
How Zapier works
The integration uses a Zapier Zap to automate exports.
When contacts are exported from a Cognism List:
- Cognism sends the contact data to Zapier.
- Zapier triggers the configured workflow.
- The data is automatically sent to the destination application you've configured.
The available actions depend on the application connected to your Zap.
Zapier subscription
A Zapier account is required to use this integration.
Some automation features, multi-step workflows, and higher task limits may require a paid Zapier subscription. Available features depend on your Zapier plan.
Where the integration can be used
Once configured, the Zapier integration is available from the Cognism Web Application when exporting contacts from Lists.
