Lists allow you to organise prospects, build targeted outreach campaigns, and return to contacts later without running a new search.

You can save contacts to a new or existing list directly from your search results or from an individual Contact Profile.

Save Contacts from Search Results

To save contacts from a search:

Run a Contact search.
Select one or more contacts.
Click Save to List.
Choose an existing list or create a new one.
Click Save.

The selected contacts are added to the chosen list.

Save a Contact from the Contact Profile

You can also save an individual contact while viewing their profile.

Open the Contact Profile.
Click Save to List.
Select an existing list or create a new one.
Click Save.

Create a New List While Saving Contacts

If the list you need doesn't already exist:

Select Create New List from the Save to List window.
Enter a name for the list.
Save the list.

The selected contacts are automatically added to the new list.

Add Contacts to an Existing List

Contacts can be added to an existing list at any time.

Select Save to List, choose the desired list, and confirm the action.

This is useful when expanding an existing prospecting or campaign list.

What Happens if a Contact Already Exists in the List?

If a selected contact is already present in the destination list, the contact is not added again.

This helps prevent duplicate entries within the same list.

Can I create a list while saving contacts?

Yes. If the required list doesn't exist, you can create a new one directly from the Save to List window.

Does saving contacts to a list use credits?

No. Saving contacts to a list does not consume credits for individual export or page level export (up to 25 records).

Credits are only used when performing actions that require them, such as redeeming or exporting unrevealed contact data, depending on your subscription.
